IN FURTHERANCE THEREOF, BUT NOT OTHERWISE THE ASSOCIATION SHALL SEEK TO;1 TO PROMOTE UNDERSTANDING OF ALL ASPECTS BRAIN INJURY;2 TO PROVIDE INFORMATION, SUPPORT AND SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH BRAIN INJURY, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS AND RELEVANT PROFESSIONALS;3 TO PROMOTE A CO-ORDINATED MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH TO BRAIN INJURY SCREENING, ACUTE CARE, ASSESSMENTS, REHABILITATION AND RETURN TO THE COMMUNITY;4 TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF BRAIN INJURY;5 TO PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES WHICH WILL REDUCE THE INCIDENCE OF BRAIN INJURY.
