THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (OBJECTS) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: (1) THE RELIEF OF PHYSICAL ILLNESS OR INJURY, MENTAL ILLNESS AND PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY; (2) THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF MENTAL HEALTH; (3) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; AMONGST CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE BEEN UNACCOMPANIED ASYLUM SEEKING CHILDREN BY SUCH MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, (A) THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND SERVICES TO THE FOSTER PARENTS OR ADOPTIVE PARENTS OF SUCH CHILDREN; AND (B) THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES THAT DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE FULLY IN SOCIETY.
