EXERCISE AND SPORT; (3) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OFTHE PUBLIC BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL ADVISORY AND OTHER SERVICES TOPARENTS/GUARDIANS AND THOSE IN SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES (I.E.
