THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS), BEING PRIMARILY ADVANCED IN WARWICKSHIRE, ARE:A) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THOSE WHO HAVE COGNITIVE BRAIN DISORDERS, INCLUDING THOSE WHO ARE OF OLDER AGE, BY HELPING TO PROVIDE REMINISCENCE THERAPY AND ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF CARERS WHO WORK WITH OLDER PEOPLE AND/OR THOSE WITHCOGNITIVE BRAIN DISORDERS IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING TRAINING ON REMINISCENCE THERAPY.C) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR BY HELPING THEM TO LEARN FROM OLDER PEOPLE ANDDEVELOP NEW SKILLS.D) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN REMINISCENCE THERAPY AND SOCIAL HISTORY BY MAINTAINING ACENTRE OF EXCELLENCE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF REMINISCENCE WORK THAT WILL PROVIDE A RESOURCE BANK, OFARTICLES AND BOOKS, REFERENCE MATERIALS AND EVERY DAY OBJECTS FROM THE PAST THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR USE BYVOLUNTEERS, PAID EMPLOYEES AND MEMBERS WHO WILL SHARE THESE WITH SCHOOLS, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS ANDINDIVIDUALS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN SOCIAL HISTORY.FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE THE TERM 'OLDER PEOPLE" MEANS ADULTS AGED 55+ WHO ARE IN NEED BY VIRTUEOF PHYSICAL AND /OR MENTAL INCAPACITY, WHETHER TEMPORARY OR LONG- TERM, SOCIAL ISOLATION, OR DETERIORATINGPERSONAL, OR DOMESTIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
