TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY ARTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFITS OF PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND CULTURES AND LIVING IN NEWPORT, SOUTH WALES IN ORDER TO:(1) ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF ALL LOCAL COMMUNITIES IN COMMUNITY ARTS AND THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT(2) TO PROMOTE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROMOTING ACTIVITIES TOFOSTER UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PEOPLE FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS;(3) TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLYDISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES OF NEWPORT, SOUTH WALES IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETYTO PROVIDE, MAINTAIN OR IMPROVE A PUBLIC PARK OR OTHER PUBLIC AMENITY IN THE VICINITY OF A LANDFILL SITE, WHERE IT IS FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT.
