TO PROMOTE BLACK AND MINORITY ETHNIC VOLUNTARY SECTOR ORGANISATIONS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY:A. PROVIDING A NETWORK GROUP THAT ENCOURAGES AND ENABLES SUCH ORGANISATIONS TOPARTICIPATE MORE EFFECTIVELY AT THE LOCAL AND REGIONAL LEVEL;B. LIAISING BETWEEN SUCH ORGANISATIONS, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND OTHER GROUPS ONRELEVANT ISSUES;C. SEEKING RESOURCES AND BUILDING THE CAPACITY OF SUCH ORGANISATIONS; ANDD.
