7.1 THE MAIN OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO RECEIVE DONATIONS FROM OVERSEAS MARIST OLD BOYS AND THIRD PARTIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVANCING THE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF PUPILS AT THE COLLEGE BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY:7.1.1 THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT SERVICES;7.1.2 THE PROVISION OF RELATED AND ASSOCIATED EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT COURSES IN RELATION TO EDUCATIONAL ENRICHMENT, ACADEMIC SUPPORT, SUPPLEMENTARY TUITION OR OUTREACH PROGRAMMES FOR THE POOR AND NEEDY, AND THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES AND AWARDS FOR STUDY, RESEARCH AND TEACHING;7.1.3 TO ERECT OR CONTRIBUTE TO THE COST OF ERECTION OF ANY BUILDING OR BUILDINGS;7.1.4 TO SUPPLEMENT THE SALARY OF ANY EXISTING OR FUTURE TEACHER EMPLOYED BY THE COLLEGE WHERE IT IS NECESSARY AND IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE COLLEGE (AND THE EDUCATIONOF ITS PUPILS) TO DO SO.
