THE FRIENDS IS ESTABLISHED TO SUPPORT THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF ST LAWRENCE CHURCH (THE "CHURCH"), BRADFIELD, ESSEX IN WORKS WHICH HAVE BEEN AGREED BY BOTH THE PCC AND THE FRIENDS COMMITTEE TO MAINTAIN, REPAIR, RESTORE, PRESERVE, IMPROVE, BEAUTIFY AND RECONSTRUCT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH, ITS MONUMENTS, FIXTURES, FITTINGS, FURNITURE, STAINED GLASS, ORNAMENTS AND OTHER CHATTELS, AND ITS CHURCHYARD , AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE CHURCH AS A PLACE OF CHRISTIAN WORSHIP.
