TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES IN SUCH PARTS OF STAFFORD AS THE DIRECTORS IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
