THE CHARITYãS OBJECTS (¶OBJECTS÷) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:(A) THE RELIEF OF NEED BY THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, SUPPORT AND SUITABLE FACILITIES FOR THE DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING IN BRADFORD, WEST YORKSHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS.(B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING INFORMATION AND TRAINING IN ADVANCED COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND DEAF CULTURE.(C) TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN PROPERTY FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF BRADFORD, WEST YORKSHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR:(I) MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES AND WORSHIP;(II) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.(D) TO FURTHER THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR WORSHIP IN WHICH SERVICES MAY BE SPECIALLY ADAPTED FOR ALL DEAF PEOPLE.(E) TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES DETERMINE.
