THE ASSISTANCE WILL INCLUDE PROVIDING FUNDING TO ENABLE THE FAMILIES TO PROVIDE THERAPY AND OBTAIN SPECIALIST EQUIPMENT AND TO PROVIDE CARE WORKERS AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS THAT OTHERWISE WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE UNDER PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO ENHANCE THE LIVES OF THE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS.
