ALL WORK CARRIED OUT AND ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN AT THE CENTRE WILL BE COMPLETED WITH DUE REGARD TO THE PROTECTION OF OUR LOCAL ENVIRONMENT AND THE WIDER ENVIRONMENTAL NEEDS OF OUR COMMUNITIES; (C) PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN OR IMPROVE, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE A PUBLIC RECREATION GROUND AND PLYING FIELD (KNOWN AS BUFFERY PARK HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "THE PARK") IN THE VICINITY OF A LANDFILL SITE, WHERE IT IS FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT.
