4.1 The Company's objects are principally for the benefit of the community:- 4.1.1 To provide or assist in the provision of services in the interests of social welfare for work or leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such services by reason of their age, ability or social circumstances within the object of improving their conditions of life 4.1.2 To advance the education of the beneficiaries, in particular, through the provision of training and experience in land based and practical skills 4.1.3 To develop the capacity and skills of the members of the community in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs and to participate more fully in society. 4.1.4 To promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment and access to open space and engage, advance and educate the public in these matters 4.1.5 such other charitable purposes as determined by the Board from time to time.
