APPLICATIONS FOR GRANTS WILL BE INVITED FROM BODIES, CLUBS OR GROUPS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE FURTHERING THE OBJECTIVES OF THE FREELAND CHARITABLE FOUNDATION. EACH APPLICATION WILL BE DECIDE UPON THEIR OWN MERITS BY THE TRUSTEES.
