THE PROTECTION OR CONSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT4. THE MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT OR PROVISION OF PUBLIC AMENITIES5. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, TRAINING OR RETRAINING, PARTICULARLY AMONG UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE, AND PROVIDING UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE WITH WORK EXPERIENCE6.
