THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE:(1) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES TO FACILITATE SOCIAL INCLUSION AND INTEGRATION INTO THE WIDER SOCIETY AND THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND ADVICE.(3) TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
