TO PROMOTE AND MAKE PROVISION FOR RESEARCH AND FOR THE ADVANCEMENT, DISSEMINATION, PRESERVATION AND APPLICATION OF KNOWLEDGE BY SUCH METHODS AS THE UNIVERSITY MAY DETERMINE;4.
