THE COLLECTION, REUSE AND RECYCLING OF HOUSEHOLD AND COMMERCIAL WASTE AND THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND ADVICE TO DO THE SAME. 2. THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY THE RECYCLING AND PROVISION OF SAFE, CLEAN AND AFFORDABLE FURNITURE, CLOTHES AND OTHER HOUSEHOLD ITEMS TO PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM POVERTY AND SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC EXCLUSION IN DEVON, CORNWALL AND SURROUNDING AREAS.3. THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT, WORK EXPERIENCE AND VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES FOR A VARIETY OF PEOPLE INCLUDING PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN LONG TERM UNEMPLOYED AND /OR HAVE SUPPORT NEEDS.4.
