THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT, WORK EXPERIENCE AND VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES FOR A VARIETY OF PEOPLE INCLUDING PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN LONG TERM UNEMPLOYED AND /OR HAVE SUPPORT NEEDS.4.
