TO FURTHER OR BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF HALESWORTH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, IRRESPECTIVE OF AGE, SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, ABILITY, RACE, POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SAID RESIDENTS AND THE PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND AMENITIES OF THE AREA. THIS WILL BE ACHIEVED BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER WITH THE SAID RESIDENTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF GAMES, SPORTS OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION.
