TO CARRY INTO EFFECT THE CHARITABLE GIFT IN CLAUSE 4(B) OF THE WILL DATED 7TH JANUARY 2002 OF THE LATE CYNTHIA DELLA HOY WHO DIED ON 10TH JUNE 2005 WHEREBY SHE DECLARED THAT "I GIVE MY PROPERTIES 1- 5 WHITE LION COTTAGES, THE STREET, CROXTON FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES CENTRED ON THE VILLAGE OF CROXTON" AS IS SITUATE NEAR THETFORD NORFOLK. THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF ANY INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN EAST ANGLIA AND IN PARTICULAR SO FAR AS SUCH INCOME ARISES FROM PROPERTIES VESTED IN THE CHARITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE 4 (B) OF THE WILL OF THE SAID CYNTHIA DELLA HOY OR THE INVESTMENTS REPRESENTING THE SALE PROCEEDS OF SUCH PROPERTIES TO APPLY THE SAME FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHARITABLE OBJECTS BOTH WITHIN THE CORE VILLAGE OF CROXTON IN WHICH THE PROPERTIES ARE SITUATE AND IN THE LOCAL NEIGHBOURHOOD OF THE VILLAGE.
