FIRSTLY, IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF ANY FUTURE MARITIME LOSS WITH A CONNECTION TO WEYMOUTH AND DORSET;2. SECONDLY, TO SUPPORT APPROPRIATE CHARITIES OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION SELECT.
