1.1 THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (THE “OBJECTS”) ARE TO CONSERVE THE MARINE AND FRESHWATER ENVIRONMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH SEAFOOD FARMING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICE OF RESPONSIBLE SEAFOOD FARMING, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY:1.1.1 PROMOTING SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD FARMING PRACTICES WHICH PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE MARINE, FRESHWATER AND TERRESTRIAL ENVIRONMENTS THAT SUPPORT SEAFOOD FARMING; 1.1.2 ESTABLISHING AND PROMOTING PRINCIPLES, CRITERIA AND REQUIREMENTS FOR RESPONSIBLE SEAFOOD FARMING, IN AREAS INCLUDING THE ENVIRONMENT, CLIMATE AND THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF THOSE WHO ARE INVOLVED IN SEAFOOD FARMING; AND1.1.3 MANAGING AND MAINTAINING A RESPONSIBLE SEAFOOD FARMING ACCREDITATION LABEL AND PROMOTING ITS USE.
