RESEARCH INTO HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES;II. PROVIDING TECHNICAL ADVICE TO GOVERNMENT AND OTHERS ON HUMAN RIGHTS MATTERS;III. CONTRIBUTING TO THE SOUND ADMINISTRATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS LAW;IV. RAISING AWARENESS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES;V. PROMOTING PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS; ANDVI. PROMOTING RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS AMONG INDIVIDUALS AND CORPORATIONS;
