IN THE PARTICULAR FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECT OUTLINED IN THIS CLAUSE THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE POWER (BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION) TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN OR MANAGE OR CO-OPERATE WITH ANY STATUTORY AUTHORITY IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SUCH A CENTRE FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE CHARITY IN FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECT OUTLINED IN THIS CLAUSE; B. TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PRESERVE HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE RESIDING PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN;C. TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN ACCORDANCE WITH DOCTRINES OUTLINED IN THE APOSTLE'S CREED.
