WE WILL ACHIEVE THIS BY:1.1 SUPPORTING SCHOOLS WHO OFFER 1:1 TUITION FOR LOOKED AFTER CHILDREN AND UNACCOMPANIED ASYLUM SEEKERS1.2 MENTORS THAT SUPPORT LOOKED AFTER CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, FOSTER CARERS AND THE SOCIAL WORKERS, FOCUSING ON PERSONAL EDUCATION PLANS SUPPORTING PROGRESS THROUGH SCHOOL AND INTO A POSITIVE DESTINATION.1.3 WORK EXPERIENCE FOR LOOKED AFTER CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR, RECOGNISING THAT THIS IS THEIR FAMILY FIRM.1.4 PURSUIT OF APPRENTICESHIPS IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR FOR LOOKED AFTER CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE.1.5 INITIATIVES WHICH ASSIST IN THE TRANSITION FROM CARE TO INDEPENDENT WORKING LIFE. 1.6 INCENTIVES WHICH REWARD PERSONAL EXCELLENCE, HELPING CHILDREN TOWARDS THEIR NEXT LEVEL OF ATTAINMENT.
