THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE 1.1.1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED UNDER 25 WITHIN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, WITH A PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF STONEHOUSE (?THE AREA OF BENEFIT?)
