WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE ABOVE, TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF THE UPPER NORWOOD LIBRARY, INCLUDING FACILITIES FOR ADULTS, CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE, INCLUDING INFORMATION AND STUDY FACILITIES; AND/OR3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROGRAMMES TO PROMOTE LITERACY AND LIFE LONG LEARNING; AND/OR4. TO DEVELOP THE SKILLS AND CAPACITY OF THOSE SECTIONS OF THE COMMUNITY IN NEED, WHETHER BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY, DISABILITY OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY; AND/OR5. PURSUE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONSISTENT WITH THE ABOVE, AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL DETERMINE (TOGETHER THE "OBJECTS").
