THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED IN PARTICULAR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE AT ANY TIME BEEN IN PLACEMENT WITH ANY COMPANY WITHIN THE FAMILY CARE ASSOCIATES (HOLDINGS) GROUP BY SUPPORTING THEM IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:1) ADVANCING THEIR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT NEEDS;2) ACTING AS A RESOURCE FOR THOSE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE COMMITTED TO A PERSONAL DEVEOPMENT PLAN AND LACK BIRTH PARENT FINANCIAL SUPPORT IN PARTICULAR THOSE AGED BETWEEN 8 AND 21 YEARS;3) ASSISTING THEM WITH THEIR DEVELOPMENTAL GOALS IN PARTICULAR IN: EDUCATIONAL STUDIES, VOCATIONAL STUDIES, MUSIC AND THE PERFORMING ARTS, GENERAL ARTISTIC STUDY AND SPORTING ACTIVITIES; AND4) ADVANCING THEIR LIFE CHANCES BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIAPATE FULLY IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
