TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE BLACK AND ASIAN MINORITY ETHNIC (BAME) AND THOSE WHO ENGLISH ISN’T THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE OF UK IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.THE PROMOTION OF THE VOLUNTARY SECTOR BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT FOR PEOPLE WORKING WITHIN THE VOLUNTARY SECTOR AND THE PROVISION OF MEETING AND OFFICE SPACE FOR VOLUNTARY SECTOR ORGANISATIONS; THE VOLUNTARY SECTOR MEANS CHARITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS. VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS ARE INDEPENDENT ORGANISATIONS, WHICH ARE ESTABLISHED FOR PURPOSES THAT ADD VALUE TO THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE, OR A SIGNIFICANT SECTION OF THE COMMUNITY, AND WHICH ARE NOT PERMITTED BY THEIR CONSTITUTION TO MAKE A PROFIT FOR PRIVATE DISTRIBUTION.
