COMMUNICATE, NETWORK AND PROVIDE LINKS AND BUILD CAPACITY WITH COMMUNITY GROUPS, RESEARCH/ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS AND FUNDING AGENCIES TO INFLUENCE POLICY AND DECISIONS AFFECTING THEM.2. INFORMING POLICY, LOCALLY AND NATIONALLY, AND ASSISTING IN THE PROMULGATION OF EFFECTIVE POLICIES AND GOOD PRACTICES, 2.1. SO AS TO CONTRIBUTE TO IMPROVED HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR THE PEOPLE FROM THE BLACK AND MINORITY ETHNIC COMMUNITIES 2.2. SO THAT HEALTH SERVICES ARE ABLE TO MEET THEIR SPECIFIC NEEDS.
