2.1 The Objects of the Charity are:(a) To further such charitable purposes and to make donations to such charitable institution or institutions at such time or times and in such manner as the directors may in their absolute discretion think fit; and(b) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing to advance the education of the public, by enabling citizens of the UK and other countries to participate in educational exchange between those countries and support charities which promote international educational exchange and to make donations to such institutions at such time or times and in such manner as the directors may in their absolute discretion think fit.
