FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED TO PARENTS (OR, CARERS AND GUARDIANS) WHOSE CHILD HAS DIED (UNDER THE AGE OF 18) AND ARE RESIDENT IN STAFFORDSHIRE.
