THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGHOUT THE WORLD (WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO SMALLHOLDER FARMERS AND WORKERS IN THE TEA INDUSTRY LIVING IN EAST AFRICA OR OTHER REGIONS WHERE TEA IS CULTIVATED OR USED IN PRODUCTION):3.1 THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY:3.1.1 PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, LOANS AND OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE;3.1.2 PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF GOODS AND SERVICES;3.1.3 PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF BUILDINGS, ACCOMMODATION, SHELTER, INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACILITIES;3.1.4 PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF PROJECTS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE AGRICULTURE, COMMUNITY CAPACITY AND WORKING CONDITIONS; AND3.1.5 SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.3.2 THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES OR SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN EACH CASE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
