The Object of the CIO is to advance education and provide facilities for recreation and leisure time occupation for the benefit of children and young people in Brighton and Hove, particularly those living in the Tarner area and experiencing multiple deprivations with the objective of alleviating the impacts of poverty by developing their physical and mental capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.
