HTFAS WILL PRIMARILY TEACH TAMIL LANGUAGE AND SOUTH INDIAN FINE ARTS SUBJECTS INCLUDING VEENA, VOCAL, VIOLIN, DRUM AND CLASSICAL DANCE USING WELL QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED TEACHERS IN THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBJECTS.2. TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE
