THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE NON-PARTY IN POLITICS AND NON-SECTARIAN IN RELIGION. THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL BE THE VICORIA ESTATE AND WHITFIELD AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD TOGETHER DEFINED BY ITS BORDERS.
