4.1 THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (OBJECTS) ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS AND ADVANCE EDUCATION OF REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS, VULNERABLE MIGRANTS AND THEIR FAMILIES, IN LONDON AND ESSEX, WHO ARE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE (THE BENEFICIARIES), IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY:4.1.1 PROVIDING IMMIGRATION ADVICE TO BENEFICIARIES WHERE THEY CANNOT ACCESS LEGAL AID OR AFFORD ADVICE;4.1.2 PROVIDING A WELCOMING SAFE SPACE, DESTITUTION SUPPORT AND SPECIALIST ADVICE TO BENEFICIARIES EXPERIENCING CRISIS;4.1.3 SUPPORTING BENEFICIARIES IN THEIR JOURNEY THROUGH THE ASYLUM SYSTEM AND ASSISTING THEIR SUCCESSFUL INTEGRATION INTO SOCIETY; AND4.1.4 CAMPAIGNING ON ISSUES RELATED TO THE OBJECTS, IN ORDER TO FOSTER A MORE WELCOMING AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR BENEFICIARIES.
