EDUCATION AND TRAINING, INCLUDING VOCATIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIRED SKILLS TO FIND EMPLOYMENT;2. SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND EVENTS INVOLVING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.3.
