BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PART OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BEING A MEMBER OF A SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DEPRIVED COMMUNITY;(3) THE PROVISION, OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION, OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;(4) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND IMPROVING THE SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES OF PEOPLE IN PARTICULARLY THOSE LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION OR TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES;ALL BY PROMOTING INCREASED PARTICIPATION IN ANGLING AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH ANGLING (INCLUDING ANGLING COACHING) WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING PEOPLE'S LIVES AND THEIR ENVIRONMENT.
