THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO PURSUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ETHOS SET OUT IN CLAUSE 3 (ABOVE) ARE:(1) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF DISABLED CHILDREN, DISABLED YOUNG PEOPLE AND DISABLED ADULTS, THEIR SIBLINGS AND CARERS, BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES.(2) THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG FAMILIES WITH DISABLED CHILDREN, DISABLED YOUNG PEOPLE AND DISABLED ADULTS WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BEING DISABLED.(3) THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE OUTWORKING OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH TO ENHANCE AND IMPROVE LIVES, AND SEE THEM CHANGED.
