PROVIDING A LOCAL NETWORK GROUP THAT ENCOURAGES AND ENABLES REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND PEOPLE FROM ETHNIC MINORITY BACKGROUNDS TO PARTICIPATE MORE EFFECTIVELY WITH THE WIDER COMMUNITY;2.
