TO DEVELOP YOUNG PEOPLE'S PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL WELLBEING AND INCREASE THEIR SELF-CONFIDENCE SO THAT THEY MATURE INTO VALUABLE MEMBERS OF THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITY AND SOCIETY AS A WHOLE.
