THROUGH THE USE OF ART THERAPY IN THE DEVON AREA, TO ASSIST IN THE CARE OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL ILL HEALTH OF ANY DESCRIPTION OR IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF SUCH ILLNESS, BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR ART PURPOSES, ART EQUIPMENT, ART EDUCATION AND GENERAL SUPPORT TO ENHANCE MEMBERS CREATIVITY. 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO MENTAL ILL HEALTH, PARTICULARLY IN THE DEVON AREA.3. TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY THROUGH THE USE OF ART THERAPY. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE "SOCIALLY EXCLUDED" MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF MENTAL ILL HEALTH.4. TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES IN DEVON SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.
