THE ONLY OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED (“THE OBJECTS”) ARE:5.1 TO ADVANCE THE REHABILITATION OF EX-OFFENDERS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF MENTORING, ADVICE AND SUPERVISION TO ASSIST THEM TO BREAK THE CYCLE OF REOFFENDING;5.2 TO RELIEVE UNEMPLOYMENT AMONGST EX-OFFENDERS, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING THROUGH SOURCING TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES, WORK EXPERIENCE, APPRENTICESHIPS AND EMPLOYMENT;5.3 TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF EX-OFFENDERS IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND MEET THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY; AND5.4 TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
