To relieve and advance the education of children with additional needs who have in place an existing Education Health Care Plan in the Areas of Benefit, in particular by bringing such children into closer association with their non-disabled peers and by the provision of safe and satisfying group play in which parents have the right to take part.“Areas of Benefit” shall mean the areas of Arun District Council, Worthing Borough Council, Adur District Council and Horsham District Council.
