THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:(A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF FARM AND AGRICULTURAL SAFETY;(B) TO ADVANCE HEALTH AND SAVE LIVES THROUGH UNDERTAKING AND SUPPORTING RESEARCH INTO FACTORS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO FARM AND AGRICULTURAL ACCIDENTS AND THE MOST APPROPRIATE WAYS TO REDUCE AND MITIGATE THESE; (C) TO ADVANCE HEALTH AND SAVE LIVES THROUGH WORKING WITH MANUFACTURERS AND SUPPLIERS OF FARM AND AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT TO IMPROVE THE SAFETY OF SUCH EQUIPMENT AND REDUCE FARM AND AGRICULTURAL ACCIDENTS;(D) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH OF FARM WORKERS, DWELLERS, THE RURAL COMMUNITY AND ALL OTHERS AFFECTED BY FARMING AND AGRICULTURAL ACCIDENTS BY PROVIDING FACILITIES AND SUPPORT SERVICES; AND(E) TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER PURPOSES THAT ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED BY THE TRUSTEES.
