THE RELIEF OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION AND SUPPORT FOR HOMELESS PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16 AND 25.
