TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEARNING ABOUT HORTICULTURE IN AND AROUND THE COMMUNITY GARDEN.3.
