THIS SPECIFICALLY INCLUDES PROMOTING THE USE OF THE "EARTHBAG" BUILDING TECHNIQUE. 2.TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF MEMBERS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITY AROUND MLAMBE SCHOOL, MALAWI, SO THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET THEIR OWN NEEDS AND PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY
