THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF THE JASENOVAC CONCENTRATION CAMP AND THE HOLOCAUST, INCLUDING BY:(A) THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF MEMORIALS; AND(B) THE CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AT THE SITE OF THE JASENOVAC CONCENTRATION CAMP.2) TO PROMOTE RELIGIOUS AND RACIAL HARMONY AMONGST PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT RELIGIOUS, RACIAL AND ETHNIC GROUPS BY PROMOTING KNOWLEDGE AND MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN DIFFERENT RELIGIOUS, RACIAL AND ETHNIC GROUPS, INCLUDING AN AWARENESS OF THEIR DISTINCTIVE FEATURES AND THEIR COMMON GROUND TO PROMOTE GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT FAITHS, RACES AND ETHNICITIES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF PLACES OF WORSHIP AND CONTEMPLATION AT THE SITE OF THE JASENOVAC CONCENTRATION CAMP.
